“Can you keep both ethernet and wifi turned on at the same time? To cast to the tv from my PC I have to use wifi, which means going to settings and activate wifi. I use ethernet to stream. Will the tv pick the better single when streaming?”

Hi RONC, Thank you for your question. The TV will only use one function at a time. You may need to turn off the built-in wireless LAN function for the wired connection to work properly. For a more stable and fast connection, it is recommended to use a wired connection. If you want to test it, you can run a speedtest with the WiFi and Ethernet separately, and then test to see if the result with both of them connected mirrors the Ethernet only test.
