We understand this can be frustrating to deal with. Here are some steps that can help resolve this problem. 1- Power cycle your TV and the Router. This step resolves most of the issues, you will need to leave both devices unplug from the power for 2 minutes and then plug them back in. 2- Make sure the TV is no more than 25 feet away from the router, as this will cause the signal to be weak and not connect. 3- Check the date and time of your TV. Using your Sony remote go to settings > system > Date and time. If it is correct leave like that, if it is not, turn off the automatic date and time and change it manually, then try to connect again to the network. 4- Turn on simple IP control. While in settings go to Network and internet > Home network > IP control > Simple IP control. We really hope these steps allow you to connect the TV to the internet.
