This behavior typically occurs if the "Automatically check for updates" feature is enabled, which can occasionally trigger a restart to finalize a background download. To prevent unexpected interruptions, you can go to Settings > System > About > System software update and toggle "Automatically check for updates" to OFF, then manually check for updates at a time that is convenient for you.
