• Yes you can.It Has 4 Hdmi and 2 USB.But Definitely a sound bar will do better.

• Yes, it is possible to connect a DVD player through one of the available video and audio inputs either through one of the HDMI ports or component/ composite analog ports instead. This unit also has a feature called Audio Return Channel (ARC) when using an HDMI cord which will be sending the audio signal out of the television into the speaker systems if compatible or it also comes with an Optical or analog stereo audio output.
