The TVs in the store have special settings and videos they play to 'show off' their features. You have to be sure you are watching something in 4k (or atleasat 1080i) to get the best picture. I would also recommend looking up picture settings for the model # (x750d). There are many tutorials to show you how to get the perfect picture.
