Hi fathermac, thanks for your question. TV speakers will turn off when using headphones via Bluetooth. The TV cannot output sound both from TV speakers and headphones at the same time. The XR75X90K does have a wide viewing angle so any off center viewing will still look amazing. With the use of a power converter, 220v-240v could be used.
