“How far up/down can the TV be mounted into the holes on the TV and on the two 17" vertical supports of a full-motion mount? The bottom of the mount is 11" above a mantel, and I need 5" between the bottom of the TV and mantle to fit a sound bar.”

I hope this reply is not too late. The bottom mounts on the TV are 5 inches from the base edge or bottom of the TV, they are mounted on the TV lower than normal TVs, most mounting holes are more towards the center of the TV these are not. the two holes from side to side or 12 inches roughly centerline. Hope this helps.
