its too high to put it on top off a fire place,i bought a 38 in. high tv enterteinment center ,its awesome viewing

For a recommended distance, check out this link: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/articles/00008601. For your safety and the protection of the product, we recommend contacting a TV installer to help you with mounting your TV. They are better equipped in checking the recommended measurement if you wish the TV to be installed above a fireplace.
