If you will connect this TV using a composite video cable(red, white, yellow), you need an Analog Extension cable or connect them using a composite video/audio cable. A:AnswerYes, its a overhearing issue, I made contact with sony to address issue and was advised this particular model does not overheat, I replied yes it does apparently I'm the first to make a complaint. It got so hot it got a thremel crack on the screen. Now sony voided warranty due to cracked screen. Last sony product i will ever buy..
