No, I have ATT DirectTV it was not found in the App Store. I have to always stream shows from smartphone. However, picture and sound quality is much better.

You can only download apps compatible with your TV, and they may differ from apps for mobile devices. The Google Play on the Android TV or Search for apps on the Google TV, only display apps that are supported by the TV.
