“Sony 83 inch has Google running the Aps. I cannot figure out how to move these apps so that when I turn on the TV, my favorite apps appear. Online instructions say keep pressing the apps but that just merely opens the app. Amazon Fire was far easier.”

You select the app and move it using the arrow keys to the position you want.

As normal operation, if the power is turned off while displaying the Home screen or another application screen (except TV channels and external inputs), the TV will start to the Home screen. If you install your favorite apps on the TV and want to easily navigate and manage this apps, select your favorite apps which are organized by category in the Apps tab. Also, to add TV apps to favorites quick menu, underneath the recommendations bar on your Home screen, you'll find the " Your apps" quick bar. Move to the right and select the "See all button". You can move the apps around the grid and change their display position. Addition to this, you can press the input key on the remote. By doing this, you can add apps to your input menu and will be able to switch to those apps in the input selection screen.
