• Hi Jeremy, Thank you for the question. Yes. Our BRAVIA X85K support HDMI VRR and 4K/120 & ALLM on HDMI 3 & 4. If you are using a PC for a source then you can use adaptive sync thru HDMI port 3 or 4 on your display settings thru the graphics card and a custom resolution for PC. Hope this helps! Vincent

• It does VRR but not sure about FreeSync. I would email Sony's customer support
