Use can also use 55-210mm for depth of feel on super small things. This camera is good for action photography. It Auto focuses faster than almost any camera 0.6seconds. It also burst shoots so you can shoot several shoots in a second or two. Video: It would be good for shooting slow motion also. It does 1080p at 120 frames per second. If you are shooting video of motocross I wouldn't video with this camera. Use something that records at a higher frame rate. Like a GoPro type camera that records 1080p at 120 or 180 fps. At least 60fps. This camera records awesome video but it only goes to 1080 30fps or 4K 24fps. With sports you want at least 60fps. If you are outside in the sun. Pretty much any camera will look great for HD video.
