U can directly upload to your phone then from there upload to social media.

Yes, Sony have and app that allow you to download from the Camera to your phone directly just in a few seconds !.

Sony has an app for iphone and (I believe) android. You link the camera to your phone via wifi (you don't need a wifi network) and then download to your phone, then post. It does not have a social media interface to go direct to facebook/instagram. Hope this helps.

This camera records H.264 codec in MP4 file format @ 4K 24 FPS and 1080p and all social media is recommended to upload in those file formats so yes you will be able to upload directly to YouTube Facebook instagram etc...
