• Hi berg, the box will not come with a battery charger but it will come with the micro USB cable that can be use to charge the battery using a USB power adapter or through a computer USB port.

• Correct. Super annoying, especially for the price when compared to other options that do have a charger AND can be charged in-camera. And guess what...the Sony BC-QZ1 charger for this battery costs 100 freaking dollars!
