Hi Pachis, Sony commitment to customer satisfaction is our top priority. To open the battery door of the ILCE7M3 camera, you have to move the lock lever to the directions of the arrow engraved on the door lock. You then have to pull out the battery door in the same direction. Pictures showing how to open the battery door is printed with the manuals.
