Does This Need A Charger null

No you don't need to buy a charger. The camera has a mini port on the side so you can charge the battery while it's still in the camera. It comes with the necessary cable and wall plug. A charger might be nice if you wanted to charge a second battery, or take out the battery and charge it separately.

This unit charges with a USB cable and a charger is not included.
