• A:Answer There’s always an instruction manual on the internet or YouTube, like I left it I. My car and it was taking fuzzy pics so I assumed that inner lens was cold but didn’t know how to take it off all I did was search YouTube and voila problem solved.

Q: QuestionMy A6300 had been functioning well and I didn't take the lens off or change the lens to others. Today there is a message on the screen saying lens are not recognizable. I removed then re-attached the lens but this message is still there. Suggestion?

• A:Answer I believe this can take 4k pictures but it can’t take 4K video. It can record HDMI video though. You have to upgrade to the next model up for 4K video.

• A:Answer I just bought this camera and I haven’t tried that yet. I did read from professionals that those are the most difficult photos to take. I have an old Sony camcorder and I took fireworks photos and boat parade videos and night and they turned out good. It’s and old handy cam that I have. The sound was perfect, just like you were there. Some Best Buy stores have these camera workshops I think th first Saturday of the month. See if you cans fine one and get in on it. I’m sure they can help you.
