“Does this camera gave image stabilization in the body? In the specs it says image stabilization in the lens. If the latter is the case when I change out lenses I won't have image stabilization.”

As with all of Sony's A-mount cameras it has built-in image stabilization, so every lens you attach has shake reduction.
