Your existing trigger MIGHT work as well as the Pocket (Poverty) Wizards noted earlier. NOTE: this is in manual mode only and the strobe's power level must be set at the strobe, not with an on-camera transmitter. Essentially, the transmitter only sends the signal to fire, not other info like power level. That is also why non-Sony mounts work as only dependent on the center pin to send the signal. While I don't use studio strobes, it is why I can use Nikon mount Yongnuo 560 system (manual but can adjust power levels within the 560 system and it will communicate with the Nikon SB flash mounted on a Yongnuo RF603, but I have to adjust power at the flash. In your case a 2 set (transmitter/receiver) of the ultra cheap RF603 nay be a better alternative than Pocket Wizards or even the native Elinchrom basic triggers...unless you already have them.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi chelat, There is no guarantee third-party devices will work well with this camera. You may check the compatible accessories for an ILCE-7RM3 camera instead: http://support.d-imaging.sony.co.jp/www/cscs/accessories/?area=gb&lang=en&mdl=ILCE7RM3 Regards, Vincent
