“Can one make the display completely dark--with no light?”

• Hi dcm, There are three levels of brightness available (High, Middle, Low). You can also set the brightness of the display to off. However, when the alarm is sounding or the snooze function is active, the brightness of the display cannot be changed. «Jerome

• Yes you can by pressing the "Snooze/brightness/enter" button in the top front of alarm clock.

• Yes. You can leave it dark. No need to turn on the display if you don't want the ceiling light. The clock face (lighted numbers) are always on.

• Yes, press the snooze button. You can make the display bright, dim, or off.
