You may want to check that the HDMI cable is fully compliant. If it runs through another component to get to the TV, that could be an issue. There are new HDCP requirements for 4K HDMI..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Set the HDMI Resolution settings to Auto so that the playback image quality on your TV would be 4K. You can play images recorded in the movie format [XAVC S 4K], in high definition image quality by connecting this product to a TV with an HDMI jack please make sure that you are using an HDMI cable 2.0 and the HDMI input of your TV supports HDMI 2.0
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure the file has a .mp4 file extension. If you have to convert it using Handbrake. Put the file on a flash drive and plug it into your usb input on the back of your Samsung TV. A menu will come up and the TV will play the 4k file.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It maybe because the Samsung TV doesn't support the h.264 codec. If you have shot with Sony FDR AX100, it uses the HVAC(something like that ) codec. Try changing format on a PC using some software and try again. The FDR AX100 comes with HMDI cable so the videos can be viewed directly from the camera.
