“Just bought it and it has been charging overnight and the red light is still on. But I have to keep plugging and unplugging it cause the light goes off and when I plug it up again the light is still red. Could this be a defective unit?”

• Perfectly normal, red just means no bluetooth connected. You can't connect bluetooth when charging.
