• This is a standard-size stereo receive head unit. If your F-150 has a built-in OEM system of a weird size, the Sony unit may require an add-on faceplate surround to get a 'finished' fit and appearance. Your local Best Buy auto stereo installer crew should be able to give you a more direct and specific answer -- and in short order, too.
