“for whatever reason my camera wont sync with my computer to upload my photos and videos.. when I insert my memory card my videos wont save to the computer.. maybe I'm using the wrong usb cord? I cant find a picture of the charger the camera come with”

I cannot answer the first part your question, but the camera does not come with a charger. The battery is charged while in the camera. I believe you can buy a separate charger.
