• no this model does not shoot high frames per second, if you tried slowing the video you did take on it it would not be very smooth. the new rx1000 m4 does 960fps, which can then slowed down very slow and look smooth.

• Hi BB, yes, you can record in 120p 50M to be able to playback the videos in slow motion using compatible editing programs. Thanks_Mitch
