• I've worn them working out in the yard this summer. 90+ degree temps and very high humidity. I have not experienced any problem with moisture buildup.

• Wonderful question Kool365! The Sony CRE-C10s over-the-counter hearing aids do not have a moisture rating, as the battery door opening keeps it from being water-tight. While these are moisture resistant, they are not waterproof. Like any electronic device, it's good to be careful around excess moisture. Regards, Erin
