“The sound is barely audible when I play back video on the camera. Adjusting the volume level has no effect. Whatever # I pick, the volume is the same; very low. Could it be a defective speaker in the camera? It's still under warranty. Many thanks!”

Hi MD, Please remove the battery pack, wait for about one minute, re-insert the battery pack, then turn on the power. Test the camera and make sure your finger is not blocking the microphone.
