No the Sony DualShock 3 wireless controller does not come with a USB cable to charge it. It is intended to be charged with the USB charge cable that comes with the PS3. I however do not own a PS3 and bought the controller to use with my MacBook Pro wirelessly via bluetooth so I had to buy a USB cable separetly in order to charge it.
