What is the title of the software you are using to allow access to the controller? I am using DS4Windows and the button layout is the same as an XBOX controller. Mainly, A on the xBox is X on PS4, and [ ] is the X button on xBox. Triangle is Y and Circle is B. Hope this helps

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is possible the driver may have not installed or conflicted with xbox/microsoft game controller driver. Check Device Manager->Game Devices->Properties. There should be a test menu for all buttons and stick movement. The PS4 drivers also seem to interfere with other connected controllers so try to unplug all other control devices. Ultimately, both Steam and Playstation forums have player updates or tweaks.
