Hi Monica, this lens will crop the image since it was designed for APS-C sensor camera like the A6xxx series. For full frame lenses that would work with the A7M3, we recommend the SEL24105G.

To take advantage of a Sony full-frame mirrorless camera, you want an "FE" lens ("F" = full-frame, "E" = E lens mount). This lens is designed for APS-C cameras, not full-frame cameras, hence it does not bear the "FE" designation.
You can use this lens with your α7SIII, but, of course, only in crop mode.
