• A:Answer Yes, my wife has a Kindle Fire, it's newer, but I am not sure if it's the 10. She uses them with hers. If there is a round headphone hole you're good. If all you see is a flat/rounded rectangle shaped hole where you plug in the power cord then I would double check with Amazon as far as the specs for the Fire 10.
