“I have sony SRS-XB12 extra bass and the blue light keeps blinking - does not play my music. Not sure what that means. I have had it plugged in to recharge but nothing has haappened..thx, Patti”

Hi Customer, We're sorry to hear what happen with your speaker. If the speaker cannot be operated despite being turned on, open the cap on the rear side and push the RESET button with a pin or other pointed object.
