As far as I can figure out, Not with my Samsung TV. When I activate the Bluetooth option in the TV settings it disconnect any other sound source coming out of the TV, in my case my surround sound system. The options in the settings are the internal speakers, the surround sound receiver or the Bluetooth. Other TV's may be different or perhaps the TV manufacturer or the Geek Squad could help you out.

If you're using SONY TV please make sure that the Headphone speaker link settings On. Make sure the TV speakers are enabled. NOTE: By default the Speakers settings of the TV is set to Audio system when using the ARC function of the TV and the Sound bar speaker system. Follow these steps to set the Speakers to TV speakers. 1. Using the supplied remote control, press the HOME button. 2. Select Settings. 3. Under the TV category, select Sound. 4. Under the Sound settings screen, select Speakers. 5. Under the Speakers screen, select TV speakers. Enable the Headphone speaker link settings of the TV: 1. Using the supplied remote control, press the HOME button. 2. Select Settings. 3. Under the TV category, select Sound. 4. Sound settings of Android TV 5. Under the Sound settings screen, select Headphone speaker link. 6. Headphones speaker link settings 7. Under the Headphone speaker link screen, select Speakers on.
