Yes, I use them with my 55 inch Samsung TV. I am not positive but I do believe that you can use them at the same time your wife is listening to the regular sound of the TV. You cannot use a Bluetooth connection on a soundbar and the headphones at the same time. It is one or the other with a Bluetooth connection.

Yes, I just connected to a 65 inch Samsung, BUT it would only connect one. I was trying to connect two - won't work. Just use one.

Hi Jake, We cannot guarantee compatibility with a third party device. You may refer to the manufacturer of the TV to check if the TV is capable to connect with Bluetooth headphones and output sound on both the TV speaker and headphones at the same time.
