• I think this is a function of the source and not the headphones. Some transmitters allow two simultaneous devices or more, but most only allow one Bluetooth device at a time.

• I have these headphones paired to my laptop, iPad and Android phone without issue.

• You can pair multiple devices to the headphones, but so far I can not do simultaneous listening. Not sure which Sony model will allow that feature; you can call Sony to find out. Hope this helps.
