I looks as if the headphones are trying to pair with a device. If you don't want that, then you will need to use the included aux cord and use them like wired headphones. If you want to use wireless, you have to pair the headphones to a device.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I charged mine with my cell phone charger took less time than laptop.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Once you plug it in it should start charging immediately. I plug mine into a wall outlet instead of the computer and it never had any problems charging.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It works fine for me.. I charged the headphones with my laptop for like 4 hrs and it is fully charged..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm having the exact same problem. Exchanged my first pair and the 2nd pair is doing the same thing. Not sure if it's me or what. Going to try to exchange 1 more time and if that doesn't work I give up and will just go with something wired.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You probably don't have them sync'd to anything. Mine came out of the box fully charged. Hold the power button for 7 seconds until it starts blinking very rapidly, and you'll have a few minutes to sync it up with something. If you just turn the headphones on, and they have nothing to pair with, they will shut down pretty quickly. Make sure if you're charging them that the red charging light comes on.
