Will this lens work with the Sony A6400? null

Yes, it should work fine with the a6400. Sony does a great job at making their e-mount lenses interchangeable. Even though, the 90mm is mostly for a full frame camera, the a6400 will crop the photo area to the size of its smaller sensor. You probably won't notice any difference except that you have a beautiful photo with this lens.
