• A:Answer It does not use Bluetooth. Mobile devices can connect with a standard 3.5mm aux/headphone cable. For an iPhone, you may also need a lighting to aux adapter depending on your phone model.

• A:Answer Yes. On the left side of the headset (near your left ear) there is a button to control the volume between the game and chat. You can also manually control this if your in a party (assuming your on PS4) by going to party settings.
