• Yes, it does! It becomes a 300mm because of the crop sensor on the a6000. The aperture remains ƒ2.8. It is a big lens so you will want to carry by the lens. It is heavy but works exceptionally well. Good solution for video because of the ƒ2.8!

• Yes, it will work with any Sony e-mount camera. Bc of the crop factor of an aps-c camera the effective range will be 105-300mm based on 35mm standards. Aps-c has a 1.5x crop factor.

• Yes, but the A6000 is a crop-sensor so that focal range and aperture will be 105-300mm F4 equivalent. BUT, it will work seamlessly if you upgrade to a full-frame camera in the future. If you are not planning on doing that, I would suggest the product that I recommended below.
