“Is this lens compatible with the Sony A7iii? If so, how is the performance?”

I have used it with a7iii, a7siii and with a7iv and it works amazing. Focus is on point and super fast eye follow focus detection. With f2.8 on the entire focal range this is a beast of a lens.
