• My unit did not come with the Operating Instructions with it.

• According to the product overview, the power adapter is included. Warranty information and Owner's Manual should also be included, but may be in electronic format. Supplemental Geek Squad Protection plans are available through Best Buy/Geek Squad. I hope this helps.
