• I have a refurbished laptop didn’t have any issues until 2 months in won’t charge won’t turn on. How can you guys help?

• Bestbuy store and also the customer service service told me it can be returned within 14 days. In addition, I paid via paypal. Paypal coveres you for 45 days if the product is defective or not as described. I am not sure if 1 year warranty will come from sony or bestbuy.
