Hey its probobly too late for an answer, but your best bet is Sony support. I had an issue where my call mic stopped working and it was fixed within 2 weeks. While I was under warrenty, you can still probobly have it serviced at a cost, or find a Sony authorized repair center. Sony mobile support number: +1-855-806-8464
