“My xb90 is about two weeks old and I still can't get The lights to shut off. Ive turned off standby and used the apps. Lights go off with power on...but as soon as I turn off the speaker the lights come back on. I have to unplug it to make lights go away.”

Yeah that’s true but I’ve found out how to keep the lights off while charging.. Pretty simple.. just do what you did with the app with the lights off and keep your phone connected and play a song while unplugged to make sure it’s playing without any lights and then turn the speaker off but do not disconnect your Bluetooth till the speaker is off.
