Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try a 3.5 mm audio cable such as SKU 6404911. The ports are covered by plastic taps on the soundbar and sub-woofer. They are meant for store demo but I use them based on Best Buys tech recommendation and they work great , no more cut outs.
