• If you play your PS5 through remote play then yes, if you play a normal phone game with controller support, then no.

• No it don't the haptic feedback and the adaptative triggers only works on the ps5, but you still can use the controller on your phone or pc just without this functions, I don't know if on the future this functions will be able to use at pc and mobile phone.
