• Yes you can use it, but sometimes had problems with the compability, but if you use the DSX app from Steam, you'll never going to have problems.

• Yes! It is usable with a usb c cable to connect to pc through that or bluetooth

• Yes but you will need to look up a tutorial on YouTube on how to set it up for steam and non steam games but it will work.
