• You cant download any games in the Ps Portal rather only remote play

• What tou could do is remote in via your ph with the remote app and download the game to your console then play is from your handheld.

• You can't download games to this device directly, it's for streaming games from the PS5 only. Any games you install will be installed to your PS5. The PS5 will need to be on in order to run & stream games to the Portal.
