• Your PS5 has to be powered ON or in Rest Mode in order for it to work.

• You ps5 needs to be in sleeping mode and you need to change your configuration to allow network wake up.

• If you have it set to rest mode, you can connect to wifi outside of your home and it'll wake it up. If the ps5 completely powered down there is no way to "wake up" the console from outside the home. Hope this helped!
